Wellness and Preventative

Regular medical appointments are the easiest way to help keep your pet healthy. We recommend yearly exams for dogs and cats, and twice yearly for birds, reptiles and small mammals.

Blood and Plasma Transfusions

In the event that your dog requires a blood transfusion – our Veterinary Hospital in Guelph will have a fresh donation ready for them. We also have plasma on hand for transfusions.

Nutrition

Nutritional counseling is an integral part of your pet’s annual wellness exam. Puppies and kittens have different requirements than adult dogs and cats, and again this varies with senior pets.

Anesthetic Monitoring

While your pet is anesthetized we have a Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) who is continuously monitoring your pet. Our most valuable monitor is our technician.
