Vee joined the CEAH team in March of 2020. She came to us with lots of previous experience in the veterinary world having worked as a veterinary assistant at two other hospitals as well as completing research projects with both horses and chickens. Vee is currently continuing her studies at the University of Guelph where is she currently working towards her bachelors in biology. She always felt that working in the veterinary industry was the best career choice for her as it allowed her to enjoy her day to day doing what she loves to do. She really enjoys watching the recovery process of the many pets we see here and how with treatment they are returned to their happy and healthy selves with their loving families. Vee shares her space at home with her hilariously mischievous cat Joshua who she was first introduced to when working at here at the hospital when he was brought in by our local humane society with a broken pelvis, she couldn’t help but fall in love with his sweet and silly personality and the rest was history! When Vee isn’t buried in her study books she enjoys sewing and making clothes for both herself and Joshua.
