Lorna joined the CEAH team in 2021 and joined the management team in 2023. She obtained a BSc in Biology before pursuing her Veterinary Technician Diploma and obtaining her license as an RVT in 2014.  She has always felt a passion for being a voice and advocate for animals in their time of need which is what led her to pursue her career in the field. Lorna is always looking for something new to learn in the veterinary field, but also likes to help guide new graduate RVT’s as they start their careers in veterinary medicine.  She has a special interest in analgesia and anesthesia, but loves the diversity of her role at CEAH that allows no two days to be the same.

When not at the hospital she can be found at the cottage, curling, playing board games with her husband or hanging out with her two adopted cats Scully and Snowflake.
