Hilary joined our RVT team in March 2022. After graduating university with a Bachelor’s Degree in English she decided to change course and pursue a career she was even more passionate about, thus graduating from the Veterinary Technology program at Ridgetown College with honours in 2018. Since then she has gained experience in many fields within veterinary medicine including laboratory animal research, specialty referral medicine for large and companion animals, and good old general practice. She is excited to continue building on her experience at Campus Estates with exotic species like birds, reptiles, and pocket pets while expanding her scope of knowledge in emergency medicine for all these scaly, feathered, furry (and sometimes naked!) companion animals. Outside of work Hilary enjoys traveling with her partner, outdoor adventuring, and most importantly, pestering her two cats, Edgar and Bosgo, for attention.
