Our Veterinarians and staff are dedicated to continuing education. We attend veterinary conferences specializing in topics such as small animal medicine, surgery, anesthesia, small mammal and exotics, laparoscopic procedures, along with emergency Veterinary conferences.
Educational talks that we have given
Each year we are proud to be asked to be part of the rabbit rescue event, Bunfest. We are there to answer questions that people may have at our “Ask the Vet” table. We also provide an information/education piece so that people can see some hot topics that occur at our clinic. This is their major fundraising event of the year for rabbit rescue and we are happy to be part of it.

Co-op Learning Program
Students at the high school and post-secondary school level are given the opportunity for placement at Campus Estates Animal Hospital. By hosting Grade 11 and 12 pupils, as part of the co-operative program offered by the Wellington Catholic District School Board and Upper Grand District School Board, our clinic helps students see what working in a veterinary clinic is about. We also provide them an opportunity to connect what they are learning in school while acquiring job readiness skills.
Veterinary student placements at our clinic.
Our clinic hosts final year veterinary students from the Ontario Veterinary College (OVC) as part of their external elective year. The elective week externship provides students with the opportunity to experience being part of a team providing health care services to a wide variety of patients. They are also able to do their emergency and exotic rotation with us. We are happy to be part of the team to help educate young veterinarians and to show them a high level of veterinary care.
